We will run a monthly Cat Photo Contest and Our visitors and Staff will get to vote for the best cat picture. The owner of the winning picture will get a special prize that we will select from our website. We will accept one good qualty, clear photograph, sent by email or mail post, that best shows your Kitties Face. New contest begins on the First of each Month. Before you send in your photo, please look over the Contest Rules Below

Please email your entries to Prettykitty@Catnipetc.com and attach one picture of one cat per photo ( effective 01/01/2008 ) to your email (only JPG or GIF files can be accepted) We will need you to include the following information: Your full name, your email address, Your location (State or Country), name of the cat or cats and the story behind the picture. By sending photos to Prettykitty@Catnipetc.com you are indicating that you have read the Contest Rules and that you accept them.

Contest Rules

1. You must be the photographer or you have the photographer's written consent to submit the photo. You also must own the cat and if you do not, you must provide the email address and name of the owner with the photo. We will contact the owner for permission to accept the photo 2. Photo must be of good, clear quality (black and white or color) and should be as close to 640 pixels by 480 pixels as possible. Pictures can be in one of the following file extensions: jpg, or gif. We can only accept email Entries ( if you do not have digital images of your photos on your computer, most Wal-Mart's, Kinko's and similar stores will scan them to floppy disc for you at a very low price ). 3. Photos that include any names, humans, advertising logos or markings on them will not be accepted. 4. Your submission is for display purposes by Catnipetc.com for the purpose of the Pretty Kitty contest only. 5. If you have 5 cats, you may send us 5 emails, but Please submit only one photo per cat. Make sure that you include the following information: Your full name, Your location ( City, State and Country if outside of the USA ), name of the cat and the story behind the picture. If you are not the owner of the cat, please include the owner's name and email address and let them know that we will be seeking their authorization to accept the photo. 6. All contestants authorize Catnipetc.com to place a caption with the published photo, which includes your first Name, State or Country, the name of the cat, the photograph and the Story attached to the photo. No other information will be made public. 7. Catnipetc.com reserves the right to add to or change these contest rules without prior notification. All changes will be noted in this page and be available at any time. 8. The winner will be announced in our eNewsletter and should reply by email within 60 days to confirm their shipping address and receive their prize. Judging will be provided by votes cast by our customers. Our Employees and their Cats and their dogs that think they are Cats, are not eligible to enter the contest...Sorry!!!
